Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product from Silver N Style. Please mail the jewelry back to us for a refund, excluding shipping fees. We will process the refund once we receive the item. If you have any questions, please contact us with your inquiries.

• All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.

• All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging.

• Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund

• All returns will be credited to the original form of payment once the item is received.

• You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

• Please allow up to 5-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

International Shipping

Items purchased from Silver N Style can be exchanged by mail in the United States within 30 days of purchase.

• To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you wish to exchange.

• Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration can not be accepted.

• All exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.

• Buyer will be responsible for any price differences.

International buyers outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Silver N Style does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
